We are glad that you have chosen to stay with us at Tyn Llain. By booking with Nicky and Russ you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Tyn Llain is home to two friendly cats, Tommy and Daisy. We regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs or pets of any other description.

As many guests come for peace and quiet and because we can only accept two guests per room, we only take guests over the age of 16.

Tyn Llain is strictly No Smoking.

Deposits

A deposit of £100 per room is required to guarantee a reservation. Seven days’ notice of cancellation is required for refund. Please note that we are a small business and rely mostly on forward bookings so cancellations can have a significant impact on us. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover you if you need to cancel.

Payment

We are happy to accept Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard or electronic transfer of funds for the payment of the deposit and the balance. We do not take Diners or American Express. Online booking and secure online payment is available by clicking our BOOK NOW link above.

Check in and Departure Times

Check in is usually between 16.00 and 19.00 and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 on day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 19.00 please let us know as we want to ensure that someone is here to welcome you to Tyn Llain.

Accessibility Statement

Guest rooms are all located on the first floor and are accessible via the main staircase with a handrail to the right. There is a further step up to Church Bay room.

Guests’ Responsibilities

Please remember that Tyn Llain is a B&B not a hotel and as such is our home. All guests are expected to take reasonable care of the rooms and leave them in the same condition as they found them on arrival. Guests are responsible for any breakages, damage or extra cleaning, as well as the costs associated with these. Please report any incidents as soon as they occur,especially if you accidentally spill something. It’s much easier to clean if we know what it is and act quickly.

If any problems arise during your stay with us please notify us immediately so that these can be resolved efficiently and effectively.

We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay where deemed necessary, through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions that are likely to offend others.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

Discrimination

It is the policy of Tyn Llain not to discriminate on the grounds of race,ethnicity, gender, age, religion, marital status, disability or sexual orientation.

Privacy Policy

Any data collected during the course of this booking will be securely stored on our computer. With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.

We will not share your information with any third party.
